ICC has made the list of the best cricketers of May based on their performances. Where Mushfiqur Rahim, Mr. Dependable of Bangladesh, has made it to the top three. The other two cricketers at the top are Pakistan's young medium pacer Hasan Ali and Sri Lankan left-arm spinner Praveen Jayavikrem. Top, second place and third place will be decided by voting from among them.
Mushfiqur Rahim was very consistent with the bat in May. The veteran Tiger collected three ODIs in the recently concluded Sri Lanka series respectively; 84, 125 and 28 runs. In the first two matches, team Bangladesh tasted series victory against the Lankans for the first time by scoring 84 and 125 runs.
The other cricketer in the list is Pakistani pacer Hasan Ali who has a brilliant talent with the ball. He took 14 wickets in the two Tests of the recently concluded series against Zimbabwe. And the veteran Lankan spinner picked up 11 wickets in his career debut against Bangladesh. His first innings of the match played at Pallekele was 6. And in the second innings he hunted 5 wickets.
