Dr. Reza Kibria said, this is the budget to protect the continuity of corruption. The government has not done anything in the health sector in the last two years. He also expressed fear that the foreign debt will be paid by tax burden on the people.
He also said that there is no action for the expatriates who keep the country's economy alive. Money launderers will get benefit of 2 percent subsidy in export sector. In big projects there is more chance of looting so the government is not interested in encouraging the poor.
