'Naior Festival' celebrated in Patuakhali with colorful arrangements

Naior festival is celebrated in Patuakhali with colorful arrangements to spread the message of Bengal's history-tradition, culture and family ties.

On Saturday (June 6) at 10 am, a colorful rally was taken out from the circuit house premises organized by Kabial of Dakhin. The rally circumambulated the main road of the city and ended at the auditorium of the District Arts Academy. Later, music, recitation, dance, puppetry and various cultural performances will continue throughout the day. Also, various seasonal fruits and delicious exceptional dishes are served among the guests.

Jahangir Hossain, General Secretary of Dakhin Kabial, said that even if the rural traditions and family ties are somewhat weakened due to the touch of modernity, such an arrangement will play an important role in increasing the interest of harmony, love and culture among people.
