Motorcycle hits bus in Comilla, 2 killed

A speeding motorcycle lost control and rammed a bus from behind at Chouddagram in Comilla. In this incident, two youths riding a motorcycle were killed.

The accident took place in Chupua area of ​​Chauddagram upazila on Dhaka-Chittagong highway on Saturday (June 6) morning. The police could not reveal the names of the victims.

According to highway police, a Madina Paribahan bus bound for Comilla from Feni reached Al-Amin petrol pump in Chupua area. At that time, the motorcycle coming from behind lost control and hit the bus. Two riders of the motorcycle died on the spot.

Ruhul Amin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Miyabazar Highway police station said, “The bodies of the deceased have been taken to the police station. The bus and motorcycle involved in the accident have been seized.”
