
42nd BCS (Special) Viva was postponed due to Corona. Bangladesh Public Works Commission (PSC) has now released the schedule for taking this viva. As per the new schedule, Viva will continue from June 6 to July 13.
This information was informed in a press release signed by PSC Controller of Examination Noor Ahmad on Monday.
The notification said, ‘The deferred oral examination of 6,022 candidates with the below mentioned registration numbers who have provisionally passed the MCQ written examination of the 42nd BCS (Special) Examination-2020 for the post of Assistant Surgeon in the BCS (Health) cadre will be held as per the following date and schedule. The examination will be conducted at Sherbangla Nagar, Agargaon, the head office of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission.
Earlier, the PSC had released the oral exam schedule on May 5 and said that the oral exam of 6,22 candidates of the 42nd BCS Special Cadre written exam (MCQ type) will begin on May 23. 6 thousand 22 viva will be held till June 30.
Later, in a notification on May 18, the PSC said that the 42nd BCS (Special) oral examination has been postponed due to relaxation of government restrictions in view of the current corona situation. PSC said to inform the new date in a very short time.
