Scotland beat Bangladesh for the first time in history


Scotland did not care about Bangladesh in the previous 6 encounters. The Scots did not care about Bangladesh in the seventh encounter. Scotland started the tri-series by beating Bangladesh by 8 wickets at their home ground in Edinburgh.

Before entering the T20 World Cup, Bangladesh is preparing by participating in the tri-nation series in Scotland. But the start against Scotland was extremely bad. Batting earlier, Bangladesh scored only 133 runs for 5 wickets. In reply, Scotland lost only 2 wickets and reached the port of victory with 26 balls in hand.

Although Swarna Akhter returned to Fraser, Scotland had no trouble getting the win. Sarah Brace with captain Bruce secured the team's victory by being unbeaten on 23 runs. Bruce scored 54 runs off 32 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes. He also won the man of the match award by playing this brilliant innings.

After defeating Netherlands, Scotland topped the points table after defeating Bangladesh for the second time in a row. Bangladesh's next match tomorrow is against the Netherlands.
