Narsingdi's Dream Holiday Park is crowded with entertainment lovers on the holy Eid-ul-Azhar holiday. People of all ages flocked to this beautiful entertainment center located in Chaitabat of Panchdona, Narsingdi, next to the Dhaka-Sylhet highway, from the morning of the third day of Eid. Thousands of people come from far and wide with their families and friends to forget the tiredness of mechanical life and enjoy the holiday.
The park authorities said that besides all the interesting rides, the entire park has been decorated with aesthetic and colorful decorations based on Eid. Currently the park has more than 40 thrill rides including Dream River Cab, Water Park, Sky Train, Bullet Train, Water Boat, Roller Coaster, Swing Chair, Speedboat and Ghost Kingdom. However, the biggest and new surprise of the park this Eid is the international standard 'Sea World'.
Currently, visitors enter the park for an entry ticket of Rs 350. And depending on the choice, you have to ride the rides starting from 70 taka to 450 taka per ride. On the occasion of Eid, the park authorities have arranged special discounts on various ride packages.
The enthusiasm of the visitors who came to share the joy of Eid was palpable. The businessman came from Dhaka with his family. Kamrul Hasan said, “During this long holiday of Eid, I came here to leave the hustle and bustle of Dhaka and give the children some open air and joy. The environment of the park is always beautiful and clean. But this time, the newly added Sea World is really amazing. The children had a lot of fun jumping into the water, and we also loved seeing them happy.”
Anik Rahman, a university student who brought a large group of friends from Savar, said, “We went to this park early in the morning with 10-12 friends. The roller coaster and speedboat rides were in one word great and thrilling. Although the crowd is a little more on the occasion of Eid, we are enjoying the festive mood among everyone. The price of the ride ticket is also within the means of taking the package.”
Redwan Ahmed, an expatriate who came on holiday from outside the country, said, “The main purpose of coming here is to give time to the family. The rides in this park are of international standards. A wonderful environment has been created here for local and foreign tourists.”
Praveer Kumar Saha, Managing Director, Dream Holiday Park said, “Our aim has always been to make the park a world-class entertainment hub. Every year we revamp the park to offer a variety of entertainment to the visitors. This year is no exception. The new addition 'Sea World' has already received a great response from the visitors.
