To see 'Et.'


Visitors are sitting on tree branches, roofs of buildings, roads, wherever there is space. Such a festive atmosphere was created in Narsingdi around the holding of the popular magazine show 'Etiyadi'. This special episode will be aired on Friday (June 5) after Bangla news at 8 pm on Bangladesh Television.

Since the nineties, after crossing the boundaries of the studio and holding programs in different parts of the country, this time 'Etadi' reaches the ancient town of Narsingdi. Drishtinandan Manch was built in front of Birshrestha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Library and Memorial Museum in Ramnagar of Raipura Upazila.

There was a festive atmosphere around the event. The venue was filled with visitors before the scheduled time. Many people are seen taking positions on the roofs, walls, roads and even tree branches of nearby high-rise buildings as the number of people is more than the capacity.

There are two special songs in this episode. One of them was performed by Narsingdi's Kritisanta Eamon Chowdhury and his team 'Bengal Symphony'. Emon Chowdhury composed and composed the folk-fusion song written jointly by Jewel Ahmed and Kabir Bakul. The song, filmed in a colorful arrangement, is one of the highlights of the episode.

At the beginning of the program there is a splendid dance song highlighting the history, tradition and culture of Narsingdi. The song is written by Moniruzzaman Palash and composed by Hanif Sanket, composed by Mehedi. The performance was choreographed by SK Zahid with the participation of local dancers. The song is sung by Tanjina Ruma and Rajiv.

There is also audience participation in this episode. Four viewers were selected as winners through a quiz competition on Narsingdi. Later they acted in a drama based on the traditional products of the district.

Along with songs and plays, there are special reports on Narsingdi's history-tradition, Uari-Bateshwar, weaving, Baburhat, Amritsagar Banana, Latkan and Colombo Lebu. Apart from this, there is also a humanitarian report about Khulna's blind veteran Chittaranjan Mahaldar along with the accomplished personalities of the district.

As always, this episode also has foreign reports, grandson's chat with Kashem TV journalist, letter episode and sharp satirical drama about contemporary social disharmony. Issues like Bhangti crisis, empty voice, elder brother-younger brother relationship, corruption, love of job and public awareness will come up in these performances.

Solaiman Khoka, Mir Nasimul Islam Salim, Barada Mithu, Subhashish Bhowmik, Abu Hena Roni, Nipu and many other famous artists acted in the episode. 'Etadi' is written, directed and presented by Hanif Sanket. The show is produced by Fagun Audio Vision.
