Juvenile murder over eating jam

A teenager named Yasin (16) was killed in a clash over Jam Khawa in Bara Station Jamuna Road area of ​​Chandpur city.

The incident took place on Tuesday (June 2) at approximately 11 am. The deceased Yasin is the son of Ilyas of Yamuna Road area.

Locals said that Musa Pradhaniya (17), son of Sadek Pradhaniya of the same area, had an argument with Yasin over eating 20 rupees worth of jam. At one point, Musa Pradhaniya hit Yasin on the head with a GI pipe, causing him to bleed badly. He died soon after.

In this regard, Chandpur Sadar Model Police Station OC (Investigation) Mintu Dutta said that the police visited the spot after receiving information about the murder of a teenager. Legal action is being investigated.
