Nazrul Islam Khan, a member of the BNP Standing Committee and Advisor to the Prime Minister, was admitted to the Ever Care Hospital in Bashundhara residential area on Tuesday (June 30). As per the advice of the doctors, it has been requested not to meet him for the time being.
Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP media cell, gave this information on Wednesday (July 1).
He said that Nazrul Islam Khan returned to Dhaka from Singapore on June 25. Later yesterday, June 30, he was admitted to Evercare Hospital.
Parliamentarian Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas visited him in the hospital today. Shayrul Kabir Khan was with him at that time. He said that Shimul Biswas spoke to the doctors.
According to Shairul Kabir Khan’s commentary, the doctors have requested not to visit Nazrul Islam Khan.
However, no detailed information about his current physical condition, cause of illness or treatment has been given.
