In a statement carried by Iran’s state-run IRIB news agency, the country’s military said, using explosive-laden drones, the F-18 fighter jet storage area and large equipment hangar at Jordan’s Azraq Air Base were attacked for the second time.


Meanwhile, Iran claimed to have attacked the base of the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and destroyed several important installations. The country’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said the attacks targeted command and control centers, naval support management centers, warehouses and fuel tanks. The organization has also claimed that these structures have been extensively damaged.


Kuwait’s defense ministry said the country’s air defense system has been activated in response to Iran’s drone attack. Loud noises are being heard across the country as drones are resisted.


According to the IRGC, the main logistics and support center of the US military in West Asia, located in the Mina Abdullah area of ​​Kuwait, was attacked.


In a statement published in IRIB, the Guard said that the attack was carried out on the facility in the fourth phase of the ‘Nasr-2’ operation. The base caught fire and caused extensive damage.
