The United States and Iran are going to negotiate again. This meeting is going to be held this week. This meeting will be organized in Pakistan. This information was reported in a report of Saudi Arabia-based media Al Arabiya on Saturday (July 4).
According to the report, Pakistan will host the next round of talks between the United States and Iran. The discussion will be held on July 11.
The report, citing a source on condition of anonymity, said the upcoming talks will discuss US sanctions on Iran, seized Iranian assets and the country’s nuclear program.
The report also said that a decision on the country’s delegation will be made after the burial of former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Earlier on June 18, Iran and the United States signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to end hostilities on all fronts in the region, including Lebanon.
Then on June 22, technical level talks were held between Iran and the United States in Switzerland. Earlier in the day, high-level talks were held between Iran and the US delegation, mediated by Pakistan and Qatar.
